Yin with Healing

Yin yoga with healing focuses on opening up the connective tissue in your body while infusing the opening with energetic healing. Some yin postures use yoga props to support you in releasing more deeply into the pose. The goal with yin yoga is to use as little muscle as possible so that you can stretch the bones, ligaments and tendons rather than just your muscles. You are guided to find your edge in a stretch and then wait for your body to invite you to go a little bit deeper. This class helps in facilitating spiritual healing and deep relaxation.
